Our first LIVE workshop for 2025 will be held in LIC, NYC! If you've been busy holding it together, moving forward, hustling and doing "all the things"- this workshop is for you! Step into a joyous space where you can't get it "wrong" because it's all IMPROV!
How have you become "comfortable" in your everyday self and routines? IMPROV is a great tool to allow for being "uncomfortable" temporarily as we are all "in it together" being silly and playing! The low stakes in IMPROV allow us to create, erase, create again and explore possibilities that we may be afraid to explore in areas of our lives that have higher stakes.
Prepare to release perfectionism, lower anxiety and stress, lack of trust, the feeling that you must be "funny" as when we let go and respond in the moment the funny shows up! If you've ever said," oh I'm too introverted for improv!" know that most improvisers are actually introverts, contrary to what you may expect.
* We will create sacred and safe space to reconnect with our playful inner child.
* Learn fun games that allow us to be present in ways we may have not experienced lately!
* Deepen in listening, responding and collaborating with attendees nurturing our innate ability to collaborate!
* Create scenes, dialogues and explore character work that allows us to stretch our "self-concept" and explore without judgement other parts of ourselves!
* Experience an environment where laughter, joy and connection flow easily and walk away recharged and inspired!

Vanessa shares the tools that allowed her to bring more balance to career path of service, wellness and online business development. As a solopreneur, she build her online school, business and two podcasts by herself with some part-time assistant support. IMPROV took her out of her comfort zone and into an empowerment journey of self-discovery that has lead to more joy, being part of a creative community!

With over 20 years in the wellness field and eight as an improviser and Improv teacher, Vanessa holds space with ease and understands that ancestral healing and mindfulness include RECLAIMING our Creative expression, unabashed play, freedom and collaboration! Vanessa has taught Improv workshops at Hershey Medical Hospital, 2023 People's Convention in the Healing Justice Session, Retreats in Mexico and Peru, Bella Abzug Young Women's Leadership Institute, the Harrisburg Improv Theatre and NJ Community College online.

A welcome home experience. That is the feeling I get every time I attend an event or gathering facilitate by Vanessa. She always goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed and honored.
Her events are always filled with a diverse mixed of people from all ages, backgrounds and ethnicities. Which I adore because you never feel alone. Every time I go to one of her events I always get what I came for and some things I never knew that I needed. I attended her Spring retreat and it was truly a healing experience. I will always treasure the support that I received from Vanessa and the other women holding space for me as shared my stories of releasing old patterns. Coming back for March 2020!
I attended Vanessa’s Spring Equinox Retreat with the need to feel more connected to the world around me and most importantly with myself. I showed up with an open mind and heart and left with so much more. I received clarity about things I had been struggling with prior to the retreat. I met some amazing and empowering women who will forever have a place in my heart. It was a weekend filled with lots of love, healing, strength, and most importantly no judgment. "A group of strangers turned into a sisterhood of women"
Vanessa and I have worked together for many years. Intuitive readings, Akashic record healing sessions, past life regression, intuitive leverage workshops and gatherings. She has guided me and held space for me through so much over the years and I’m so excited she has begun gathering women in sisterhood at retreats!
